Porsche Design Group, in collaboration with developer Gil Dezer, is planning to build a $560m high-tech residential tower named Porsche Design Tower in Miami Beach, Florida, US.
The tower will have robotic parking spaces that automatically take cars to their owners’ units.
The 57-storey building will be developed on 2.2 acres of land and will have 132 housing units ranging from 3,800ft2 to 9,500ft2.
The cylindrical building will incorporate smaller units that will be allocated two parking spaces, while larger ones will have four, with 284 robotic parking spaces in total.
Porsche Design Tower will reportedly be the world’s first complex to include elevators that take residents directly to their apartments while they are sitting in their cars.
