The sustainability approaches of the facility include plumbing fittings to save water and reflective roofing materials that reduce the heat island effect and contribute to energy conservation.

FSP also initiated an energy audit to improve the building’s energy efficiency.

Materials and resources at the building, including construction waste and durable materials, have been redirected away from landfills through recycling efforts.

A green cleaning programme and integrated pest management system have also been implemented in the facility to improve internal air quality.
