Dar Global has announced a partnership with The Trump Organization to create a new luxury golfing destination, the Trump International Golf Club, in Doha, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The project, which spans approximately 790,000m² within the larger eight million square metre Simaisima development, situated 40km north of Doha, will include an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, and high-end villas with beach access and views of the golf course.
The Simaisima masterplan, overseen by Qatari Diar, a real estate company under the Qatar Investment Authority, the sovereign wealth fund of the State of Qatar, aims to revamp Qatar's eastern coastline.
It will encompass a 650,000m² theme park, zones for tourism and hospitality, a yacht marina, a beach club, and a variety of cultural attractions, retail outlets, and dining venues.

In June 2024, Dar Global awarded the infrastructure contract for the first phase of the AIDA development in Oman to Oman Shapoorji Company. This phase is expected to be completed by 2027.
Moreover, in October 2024, Dar Global entrusted Stromek Emirates Foundations with the shoring, excavation, and piling works for 'The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin', a new beachfront residential development in the UAE.
