The place where the parking hall is located is considered to be an important urban development area and is likely to see increased demand in the future.

Parking spaces will be available for both short-term and long-term rental, with some of them equipped for the charging of electric vehicles.

The parking hall will also serve as a park-and-ride facility as it will provide direct access to the Kupittaa railway station’s platforms through a covered passageway.

The planned One Hour Train will boost traffic at the Kupittaa station.

Construction of the parking hall will commence this summer and is expected to be completed in spring 2023.
