The largest projects which were commenced during the period include As Oy Espoon Itätuuli, As Oy Oulun Asemantorni III, As Oy Espoon Poseidon, As Oy Vantaan Kangastus, As Oy Helsingin Rut, As Oy Tampereen Teatterineuvos, As Oy Vantaan Taaleri, As Oy Vantaan Maalari, As Oy Tampereen Kuunsilta and As Oy Vaasan Keittiömestari.

The €20m As Oy Tampereen Teatterineuvos is located in the centre of Tampere beside the Hämeenpuisto park. It includes about 50 apartments and is scheduled to be completed in the autumn 2022.

Situated in Lentola area in Aviapolis, Vantaa, As Oy Vantaan Taaleri includes more than 65 apartments. This project is planned to be completed in the autumn 2022.

As Oy Vantaan Maalari, worth €12m, comprises around 30 apartments and will be completed at the end of 2022.
