Wood Partners, a multifamily real estate developer, has broken ground on its luxury residential community, Alta University Place, situated in University Place, a suburb of Tacoma, Washington, US.

The community is planned to officially open in September 2023 with pre-leasing anticipated to start in summer of the same year.

Alta University Place will feature 274 apartment homes including one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans across nine buildings spread over more than eight acres of landscape.
