Real estate developer Wood Partners has broken ground on Alta Raintree, a new luxury residential community in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Construction at the 330-unit residential community has now begun and it is expected to open in the fall of 2021.

The project will include one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans along with amenities such as an over-sized fitness centre with yoga space and a resort-like pool area accompanied by a sunken seating area surrounding a steel ‘Art Tree’.
The residential community will also include a game room, speakeasy, rooftop deck and clubhouse to offer residents access to luxurious living steps from their door.
All the apartment homes will be fitted with stainless-steel appliances with French-door refrigerators and double ovens in select units, quartz countertops, modern, self-close cabinetry, backlit mirrors in the bathrooms, keyless entry for maximum convenience and in-unit front load washer and dryers.

Wood Partners said that Alta Raintree will be located 10 minutes from Scottsdale Airpark in Scottsdale, offering its residents access to North Scottsdale’s large employment base where over 86,000 people are touted to work.
