SSEA Group’s subsidiary Vestia has inked a partnering contract with Aspelin Ramm for building office property Parkhus 4 in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The contract is estimated at around $25.74m (SEK240m).

This project is scheduled for construction in spring 2024.

The office property Parkhus 4 and the next to Parkhus 5 got their architectural design from Wingårdh Arkitektkontor, while Arkitektbyrån Design is responsible for the present detailed design.

The total area of around 12,000m2 can be adapted to feature premises of between 300 and 1,700m2.

SSEA Group chairman of the board and Ratos business area construction and services president Christian Johansson Gebauer said: “We congratulate Vestia on a great deal. Vestia will also rent a floor in the property for the establishment of a new head office, which enables continued growth in an inspiring office environment.”

SSEA Group CEO Christian Wieland said: “It’s great to get an opportunity to build an office property where Vestia will also have their own operations. The fact that it is to be built in Vestia’s home district of Mölndal outside Gothenburg has been well received by the employees.”
