Usona Institute, a non-profit medical research organisation, has broken ground on a new campus facility in Fitchburg, Wisconsin, the US.
The new facility, named Usona Institute Campus, will support a blend of disciplines in psychedelic science and education.

It will serve as a global centre in the psychedelic research for the organisation team as well as its collaborations with scientists, academics and clinicians across the world.
The 93,000ft2 campus will also be a global centre to bridge training and education across clinical research, academic discovery, and practices to develop models for future approved therapies.
It will also house the existing Usona team along with space for therapy, education and training.
Usona Institute stated that the medicinal chemistry and manufacturing will continue to be conducted at its laboratories in California and Wisconsin.

Last year, Pepper Construction commenced construction on a new multi-family residential development in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The seven-storey building, named TitletownFlats, will include 152 apartments ranging from studios to three bedrooms.
Amenities at the development include lounges, a bar, fitness spaces, a co-working area and a rooftop terrace.
TitletownFlats are part of the Titletown community, which offers access to sports, music, dining and year-round activity.
Phase one of Titletown included four-diamond hotel Lodge Kohler, Hinterland Restaurant and Brewery, Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics, TitletownTech, The Turn and Associated Bank.
