The St. Joe Company, a US-based real estate developer, has broken ground on Watersound Camp Creek, a new residential community in Watersound, Florida.
To be located next to Camp Creek Golf Club and The Clubs, the gated community will include 262 custom homesites. The new community will be developed in phases.

The entrance to the place will be located off of South Watersound Parkway, giving future residents convenient access to highway 30-A corridor and US Highway 98.
By purchasing a homesite in the Watersound Camp Creek community, residents will receive membership to The Clubs by JOE, St. Joe’s membership club, offering access to Camp Creek Golf Club and the adjacent amenities that are currently under construction along with other existing club amenities.
The planned amenities include a resort-style pool complex, multiple tennis and pickleball courts, a health and wellness centre, restaurants and a playground among others.

The gated community project will have planned restriction on short-term rentals with custom homesites ranging between one-fourth of an acre and just under one acre in size.
