Dubai-based diversified investment company Shamal has awarded the main works contract for Dubai Harbour Residences to Khansaheb Civil Engineering, reported TradeArabia.

The contract, valued at over Dh1bn ($272m), signifies a major step in the development of the premium beachfront project.

The project, once completed, promises low-rise living with sea and skyline views, offering a modern lifestyle.

Foundation works have been completed, ensuring seamless access to the beachfront.

The next phase of development with Khansaheb will commence immediately, in collaboration with H&H and architect Nikken Sekkei.

Abdulla Binhabtoor, the CEO of Shamal, which is the owner of Dubai Harbour, stated the company’s commitment to reshaping urban living through long-term investments.
