300 Main is claimed to become the third tallest building in Alamo City once it is complete.
The new tower will provide ‘luxury’ apartments in the heart of Alamo City.
It will offer two amenity decks, a fitness centre, high-end in-unit finishes, and views of the central area of San Antonio to residents.
For this project, RO is teaming up with Page, the architect of record, and the developer, Weston Urban.
The project is anticipated to complete in 2024.
Meanwhile, RO has also been chosen as the constructor of the San Antonio ISD Smith Elementary School.
Besides being responsible for renovating the current school building, RO will construct new classroom space, visual and fine arts space, a new cafeteria and kitchen along with a new outdoor learning courtyard.
LPA design is the architect for this project.
