Riverside Investment & Development Company and Convexity Properties have announced a partnership with Canyon Partners Real Estate to develop 1900 Lawrence, a Class A office tower in Denver, US.

Located in Denver’s West CBD submarket, the 30-storey project is designed by architect Goettsch Partners.

Construction on the project is planned to start in March 2022 and is slated for completion in early 2024.

The 1900 Lawrence project will feature office space, expansive ceiling heights and efficient rectilinear floorplates with floor-to-ceiling glass.

It will also feature multiple floors with private tenant terraces, offering views of the Front Range, Coors Field and Skyline Park.

Some of the amenities include multi-use conference facilities, fitness centre, and a tenant lounge with direct access to outdoor terrace.

It is located within walking distance to numerous dining, retail and entertainment amenities.
