RB Rail, the joint venture of the Baltic countries, has finished a tender for the review of construction project solutions and construction expertise for the Rail Baltica line in Latvia.
This contract has been awarded to a partnership of Italian engineering firm 3TI Progetti Italia and Turkish engineering firm Yuksel Proje.

The partnership of 3TI Progetti Italia – Yuksel Proje has gained the right to enter into a contract in the earlier announced open competitions for detailed technical design review and design expertise services for Rail Baltica in Estonia and Lithuania.
This contract is planned to commence during the early master design stage and continue until complete completion of the detailed technical design.
As per the contract scope, design review and design expertise services will be performed in full compliance with the national legislation and Rail Baltica Design guidelines.

By GlobalDataDesign review and design expertise services will be conducted for each design priority section and construction object.
The expertise service provider will analyse and determine the compliance of the design, its content, volume and technical solutions in line with the requirements of the national legislation and regulations, detailed technical design technical specification, building permits.
The provision of the services is expected to last 20 months beginning from the contract signing date.
