Pepper Construction starts work on multi-family residential in Wisconsin, US

US-based Pepper Construction has begun construction on a new multi-family residential development, dubbed TitletownFlats, in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The seven-storey building will offer 152 apartments, which will showcase high-level design details to reflect Northeast Wisconsin.

TitletownFlats are part of the larger Titletown community, which offers access to sports, music, dining and year-round activity.

The project will be built in phases and will be completed by later next year.

TitletownFlats is located to the west of the iconic stadium to attract additional visitors to the area. The location of the building will also help to boost regional economic growth.

The facility will also offer new amenities to residents and complement Greater Green Bay’s location to live, work and play.

The first phase of Titletown included four-diamond hotel Lodge Kohler, Hinterland Restaurant and Brewery, Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics, TitletownTech, The Turn and Associated Bank.

The second phase will include about 220 residences and a four-to-five storey office building. There will also be additional development which will feature retail, food and beverage and entertainment.
