Pella Corporation, a US-based manufacturer of windows and doors, has chosen Troy, Ohio as the location for its new manufacturing facility.
Pella will use an existing space of 324,000ft² to expand its production of vinyl windows and doors.

The products from the new manufacturing facility will serve customers across the Eastern region of the US while enabling the company to meet the increasing demand for its vinyl products.
Located at 1501 Experiment Farm Road Troy, the new facility is expected to create 428 new jobs, once it is fully operational by 2025.
Pella CEO Tim Yaggi said: “We are excited about the growth opportunity that vinyl products represent. This new facility allows Pella to increase our production capacity and shorten lead times for our valued retail and trade customers in the region.”
