The whole high rise apartment tower in Ålesund consists of 17 different types of apartments, ranging from two to five rooms between 53 and 231 m2. Each and every apartment in the Fri Sikt high rise will offer a view of the fjord.

The building construction will begin in the spring of 2021 and is expected to be completed and ready for occupation in 2023. The apartments will be right next to Color Line Stadium, after which Ålesund can boast a completely new city borough created in Volsdalsberga.

Peab region manager Kjetil Nordang said: “This 14-floor high rise will be visible from everywhere in the city. Everything in the project is top notch and we will be doing most of the work with our own resources. We really look forward to getting started on this prestigious building.”

Through every construction stage of the project Peab has been the general contractor and will be so for the third and final stage of the project too. The project will be order registered in Q1 of 2021.
