Novak Brothers Development has broken ground on a 12-acre parcel situated inside the new Wolf Lakes Village development in Georgetown, Texas, US.

Rise510 will be a 301-unit, luxury, multifamily project.

Construction of this multifamily project is anticipated to complete by summer of 2024.

The development will offer first-class amenities on site, including tuck-under private parking, a fitness centre, a swimming pool and a one-acre community park.

Rise510 is close to 25 miles of hike and bike trails, parkland and important highways, shopping and historic downtown Georgetown.

Offering quick access to amenities in Round Rock, Cedar Park, North Austin, and even to Austin Bergstrom International Airport, the site is claimed to have good connectivity with Interstate 35 and State Highway 130 toll road.

The 164-acre Wolf Lakes Village is planned as a European village in Hill Country in Georgetown.

Upon its completion, Wolf Lakes Village will provide facilities, such as community lakes, a large outdoor amphitheatre, park space, sports courts, hike and bike paths, an ice-skating rink, a wedding chapel, an event centre, and music venues.

Among the major Wolf Lakes Village commitments feature a 15.5-acre site allocated for a 117,000ft2 HEB flagship grocery store and a 12-acre Ascension site intended for medical office buildings and an ambulatory surgical centre.
