Veidekke Entreprenor has secured a NOK291m ($50.39m) contract from Wenaasgruppen to construct a hotel complex consisting of 343 guest rooms in Oslo, Norway.
The 18,000m2 facility will include a wing with 135 rooms for the Radisson Blu brand and a wing with 208 rooms for Park Inn by Radisson.

Under the two wings of the building, there will be a common lobby area, a restaurant, bar, gym, parking and a 1,200m2 conference area.
The building will be contrcuted using local concrete, with facades of plaster and glass.
Construction work on the project is slated to begin in March 2012, with completion scheduled for the second half of 2013.
