Taylor Wimpey has secured a contract from Workspace Group to redevelop the Aberdeen Centre in Islington, London.
Workspace Group has secured planning approval for the £55m redevelopment scheme and the construction work will be monitored by Taylor Wimpey.

The scheme comprises a new 63,000ft2 business centre and 72 apartments and houses, replacing 53,000ft2 of existing studio and light industrial space on the 1.9-acre site.
