Skanska has won a SEK640m ($99.37m) contract from Vagsgaten 16 to build 131 apartments and a shopping mall in Sandnes, Rogaland, Norway.
Under the contract, the company will construct a 45,000m2 residential and commercial building in central Sandnes.

The building will have two floors of parking areas spanning 14,000m2 below ground level, 131 apartments and a 20,000m2 shopping mall.
Construction on the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2014.
