Rutgers University in New Jersey, US, has broken ground on a new $85m business school building at 94 Rockafeller Road on the corner of Avenue E.
The 155,800ft² building, designed by TEN Arquitectos, will house five academic departments and associated research centres with each organised in identifiable clusters featuring dedicated faculty offices, visiting scholar offices and conference / meeting room space.

The building’s instructional space will include a business library, and classrooms of varying sizes for teaching undergraduate, graduate and executive MBA students.
Construction work is expected to finish by late 2013.
