Mori Building has commenced the construction of a 59-floor office tower in the Sudirman area of Jakarta, Indonesia.

Provisionally called The Jakarta Office Tower Project, this is Mori Building’s first undertaking in Southeast Asia.

Set to open in 2021, the Jakarta Office Tower is located in the centre of the Golden Triangle, which is the main thoroughfare in the city’s central business district and is next to Semanggi Intersection and the New Semanggi Flyover on Sudirman Street.

This 266m tower will provide 190,000m² of offices, restaurants and cafes, and secure parking space.

The project's design was created by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), a New York-based architectural company that designed Mori Building’s Roppongi Hills Mori Tower and Shanghai World Financial Center.

Mori Building has diverse projects in Tokyo, Japan, and Shanghai, China. It set up its Singapore office in May 2016 as an international base for market research and business development to tap the Southeast Asian region.
