Bouygues Construction subsidiary Losinger Marazzi has signed contracts in Switzerland worth more than €190m (£158m) for mixed-use developments.

Losinger will build a commercial property development named M Central in the Trollietta district.

The development will consist of 6,000m2 of retail premises and 1,300m2 of offices, as well as two apartment buildings, a retirement home and a 450-bay car park.

Losinger Marazzi is also due to construct two Holzer Kobler-designed complexes with a combined surface area of 12,400m2 in Thoune in the canton of Bern.

The two complexes will include offices, apartments, a retirement home, shops and a multi-screen cinema.

In addition, Losinger Marazzi has secured a €25m deal as the main contractor for a new shopping centre in Nyon for Swiss supermarket chain Migros.
