Developers Guildhouse UK and Rosepride Properties have submitted a £350m plan to Croydon Council to build a 55-storey tower in Croydon, UK.
The development would include a 217-bedroom four-star hotel and 397 residential apartments.

The facility would also feature a cafe/bar, 160,000ft2 of office space, a brasserie, coffee shop, restaurant and health club.
The building has been designed by architect Piers Gough of CZWB.
A decision on the planning consent is expected in January 2012 and if approved, construction work on the project would start in 2013.
