The shopping centre expansion, which converted a department store into a larger mall complex, was designed by Broadway Malyan, making it a 45,000m² centre with the capacity to house 90 tenants, including 20 international retailers.
The shopping centre will have six levels anchored by a 15,000m² Bailian Oriental department store and a nine-screen PolyBona cinema.
