NCC Building Nordics business area manager Catarina Molén-Runnäs said: “We will now continue to build in the area where NCC has played an active part in urban development for many years.

“Once again, our offering in this contract tendering process proved to be competitive, which pleases me. Having built two groundbreaking office buildings in the area, we have a well-trimmed and experienced project organization in place that is ready for this assignment.”

Construction work on the project is scheduled to begin in this autumn with completion expected in the third quarter of 2023.

Recently, NCC secured SEK400m contract to build a new office building for PensionDanmark at Marmormolen wharf in Copenhagen, Denmark.
