“Kysthus III gets the same sculptural look as the previous houses and a spectacular view of Öresund and Copenhagen.”

The company stated that the new apartments will be unique and will range in size from 160 to 340m2.

Construction work on the project is scheduled to begin this month, with completion expected by the end of 2024.

Being developed in western Gothenburg, the new apartments represent the final phase in the new Fixfabiken residential area.

They will include the development of 141 apartments and city row houses ranging from studios to four-bedroom units.

The contract also involves construction of the tenant-owner association’s common areas, like inner courtyards, roof top terrace, laundry rooms, and community room.

The new block will be named HSB brf Spanjoletten and will be environmentally certified under the Sweden Green Building Council, Silver level.
