Swedish construction company NCC has secured a contract worth $37.3m (SEK320m) to construct approximately 155 apartments in Danderyd, Sweden in partnership with Aros Bostad.
The new apartments will be part of second phase of the Invernesshöjden residential project in the Östra Mörbylund district of Danderyd.
The Invernesshöjden project, owned by Aros Bostad’s fund “Aros Bostad IV”, comprises four stages and will include more than 400 apartments and a preschool.
In December 2017, Aros Bostad and NCC signed a partnering agreement for the development of the residential project.
The first phase of the project involved construction of nearly 86 tenant-owned apartments across two residential buildings of six to eight floors, with occupancy already commenced in these buildings.
