Metnor Construction has been appointed by High Street Group to deliver a £50m build-to-rent apartment scheme in Birmingham, UK.

The 220-unit apartment project will be located less than a mile from New Street Station in Birmingham.

This build-to-rent facility will be a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, which will be configured around a central courtyard.

It will be an eight-storey building and will offer a concierge service, along with residential gym, car parking and cycle storage.

Westminster Works represents the first development project between The High Street Group and Metnor Construction. 

Furthermore, the scheme is a part of the £1bn Gross Development Value (GDV) portfolio of projects which are being delivered by the High Street Group.
