US-based construction firm McShane Construction Company is now constructing a new apartment community in Arizona, the US on behalf of Alabama-based LIV Development.
Located in Arizona’s capital city Phoenix, the new multi-family development will feature 242 apartments along with studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts.

The new project will be a three-story, multi-building complex, which is being constructed on a 10.8-acre site and will incorporate wood frame construction featuring a stucco exterior.
The construction company said that the naturally well-ventilated apartments will comprise vinyl plank and carpet flooring, full-height kitchen backsplash tile, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Additionally, the complex feature 1.5 acres of shared amenity space, including a 4,000ft2 clubhouse, a dog park and courtyards with plenty of outdoor seating, an outdoor swimming pool, plus barbeque areas and cabanas.

The development, which is designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, is scheduled to be completed in August next year.

“We’ve been working with the owner for the past several months, so we’re excited to get the project off the ground.”
Recently, the company was appointed by real estate developer Crescent Communities to provide construction services for NOVEL Val Vista, a new multi-family community in Gilbert, Arizona.
To be constructed on an 8.6 acre site, the project will feature wood frame construction with 317 units and three four-story garden-style buildings and three two-story carriage house buildings.
The garden-style buildings will feature stucco and multiple brick types, and the carriage houses will be made of fibre cement board and corrugated metal panels.
