Real estate firm Related Group has selected McShane Construction to build a new garden-style community in Chandler, Arizona, US.
Planned to be built on an 18-acre site, the Town Chandler community will comprise 15 three- and four-story wood frame apartment buildings, delivering a total of 420 units.

Designed by Todd & Associates, the development will feature clean lines with stucco, stone and breeze block exterior while each unit will comprise high-end interior finishes and open floor plans.
Additional features of the property include more than 12,000ft2 of amenity space and a two-story clubhouse comprising fitness centre, co-working space, clubroom/lounge, sports simulator, theatre room, rooftop deck, and outdoor patio.
The development will also feature a splash pad, two pools, yoga, fitness and game lawns, pickle ball courts, outdoor kitchens, a snookball court, fire pit lounges, putting green, hammock garden, play area, pet playground areas, and an entertainment pavilion.
The Town Chandler community is planned to be completed in February 2024.

Currently, McShane is working on Related Group’s Manor Scottsdale, a 286-unit apartment community with resort-style amenities in Scottsdale, Arizona, US.
The community will comprise three-, four- and five-story wood frame buildings. It will have units in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations.
