US-based construction firm McShane Construction Company has completed construction on Springs at Red Mountain in Mesa, in the southwestern US state of Arizona.

The new development, which was constructed on behalf of Continental Properties, will feature 192-units and will be marked as McShane’s 18th Springs project.

Located on 10.5 acres of land on North Power Road, the luxury apartment community includes seven two- and three-story garden-style apartment buildings along with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

It features a gated entrance, private home entries and first-class amenities, along with an on-site clubhouse plus a fitness centre and swimming pool.

Residents will also have access to an outdoor ramada with a fire pit, a barbeque area and a car wash.

McShane Southwest Region senior vice-president Jim Kurtzman said: “Springs at Red Mountain marks Continental’s first multi-family community in Arizona, and we’re proud to have made the project a reality for them. The project is a win for both McShane and Continental and is an excellent addition to the Valley housing market.”

Additionally, the new development also includes an outdoor dog park for tenants and their pets along with on-site parking for both surface and garage spaces.

Currently, the construction company is working with two additional projects, Springs at Deer Valley in Phoenix and Springs at Cooley Station in Gilbert, for Continental Properties in the Phoenix area.

Last month, the company announced construction on a new multi-family development in Arizona on behalf of Alabama-based LIV Development.

The apartment community will feature 242 apartments along with studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts.
