Real estate investment firm Stockdale Capital Partners has appointed McShane Construction Company to build Waterview Residential in Arizona, the US.
The new multi-family development will be constructed on a 7.68-acre site in Scottsdale, Arizona.

It will be a four-story podium-style building which will feature 260 apartment units, an underground parking garage with 407 parking spaces.
Designed by Studio One Eleven, the project will also comprise approximately 14,000ft2 of amenity space that will include demonstration kitchen, a sky lounge, fitness centre and co-working space.
An activities courtyard, a pool courtyard and lounge and multiple decks will also be included in the development.

For the Waterview Residential project, the company has also provided pre-construction services including value engineering services to ensure that the project achieves budgetary goals.

McShane Construction senior vice president Jim Kurtzman said: “We’re thrilled to work on our first project for Stockdale Capital Partners.

In July, the company was awarded a contract from South City Partners to build a new mixed-use multi-family community in Hapeville, Georgia.
The new development, named SCP Hapeville, will offer 285 units and 4,392ft2 of ground-floor retail space.
Designed by architecture firm The Preston Partnership, SCP Hapeville will feature seven residential buildings that include two carriage house buildings, two four-story podium-style buildings and three three- and four-story wood-framed buildings.
Construction work of the new community is expected to be completed by March 2023.
