US-based construction firm McShane Construction Company has been selected by real estate developer Crescent Communities to provide construction services for NOVEL Val Vista, a new multi-family community in Gilbert, Arizona.

This project, with 317 units, will be built on an 8.6 acre site and will feature wood frame construction, with three four-story garden-style buildings and three two-story carriage house buildings.

McShane Construction Company senior vice president Jim Kurtzman said: “We’re thrilled to work on another multi-family development in Phoenix. NOVEL Val Vista is one of eight multi-family projects we are currently underway with in the area, so it’s an exciting time for the market.”

The garden style buildings will incorporate stucco and multiple brick types , while the carriage houses will feature fiber cement board and corrugated metal panels.

Each of the 317 units will have matte black plumbing fixtures, black quartz countertops and level 4 drywall finishes.

Tenants will be provided an amenity space of 11,500ft2 , that will include a dog park, swimming pool, cold plunge spaand an outdoor kitchen that will have a pizza oven, outdoor fireplaces and fire pits.
