
Madison Capital Group affiliate Madison Communities has recently broken ground on 288 apartment unit project in West Charlotte Submarket at Charlotte in North Carolina, US.
The project is located at the corner of Wilkinson and West Morehead in Charlotte.
Its construction began in September.
The project, called Madison Ashley Park, will feature the apartment units bundled in a four-storey building.
Among the amenities to be provided by the project include luxury unit finishes, clubhouse with a fitness centre, outdoor lounge with summer kitchen, a resort-style pool and pool deck with grilling stations and cabanas.
It will be built by Benco Construction, which is Madison’s affiliate general contracting group.

Madison Ashley Park was capitalised through a partnership with Madison Capital Group and Washington D.C.-based private equity firm Carlyle Group.
In September, Madison Communities broke ground on 266 units located in Century Farms, a mixed-use master- planned development at Antioch, Tennessee.
Based in Charlotte, Madison Communities focuses on developing and managing suburban garden apartment projects.
It has offices in Charlotte, Nashville, Orlando, Atlanta, Dallas, and Charleston.
