United Arab Emirates-headquartered real-estate development group The Luxe Developers has commenced construction on a new project valued at Dh2.3bn ($626.15m) on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
Called La Mazzoni, the wellness-integrated luxury development is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2028.

The development will provide 562 fully furnished residences that include apartments, duplexes, penthouses, and chalets.
La Mazzoni marks the company’s second project on Al Marjan Island following Oceano, which is set for handover in 2026, as per information released on Zawya.
La Mazzoni occupies a built-up area exceeding 1.5 million square feet. The project includes over 300,000ft² of landscaped gardens and more than 11,000ft² dedicated to fitness and wellness facilities.
Planned amenities feature a rooftop infinity pool with views of the Arabian Gulf, as well as proximity to the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort.

By GlobalDataDewan Architects + Engineers lead the architectural design while hospitality design company Hirsch Bedner Associates oversees interiors and Cracknell manages landscaping.
The design references Ras Al Khaimah’s coastal and mountain surroundings by incorporating curved facades that reflect where sand meets sea.
The development will offer a variety of amenities focused on wellness and lifestyle needs.
Facilities include private spas with saunas, therapy rooms, hammams, a yoga studio, paddle court, fitness areas inspired by nature, and co-working spaces such as the Sky Lounge and Connoisseur’s Corner.
La Mazzoni also features areas for children including indoor play zones, an adventure park, and a family pool.

The La Mazzoni’s location places it next to Marjan World, an upcoming entertainment complex, and within close reach of other new developments that are raising Ras Al Khaimah’s international profile.
