US-based builder LandSouth has started construction on a new amenities-rich apartment community, Integra Park at Oakleaf in Orange Park, Florida, US.

Charlan Brock & Associates is serving as the architectural firm for the Integra Park project while Kenny Walker will act as the project manager and lead the team.

Developed by Integra Land Company, Integra Park at Oakleaf will have five four-storey buildings.

Located at the south of Oakleaf Plantation Parkway, the project should be complete by 2022.

Comprising 249 units, Integra Park will feature urban design and several other amenities, including a pool, dog parks, fitness centre, grilling stations, courtyards, elevators and garages.

Residents will have the option to pick from 11 one, two and three-bedroom floor plans, with or without balconies.

Interior highlights of the apartment community include granite countertops, vinyl floors and screened balconies.

The project’s location near to several area restaurants and retail locations adds to the benefits.

The company will use its integrated construction approach to construct Integra Park at Oakleaf.

Last month, LandSouth started building new amenities-rich apartment community, Integra Station 2020, in West Melbourne, Florida.
