
LandSouth Construction has broken ground on The Livano Grand National, a high-end multifamily community in Orlando, Florida, US.
LIV Development is the developer of The Livano Grand National.
Planned to be completed in late 2023, the three-building complex will be situated at 5504 W. Oak Ridge Road in Orlando.

Dan Garner is the project manager for The Livano Grand National, while Baker Barrios is serving as the architecture firm.

By GlobalDataThe Livano Grand National will be an urban-style, three–building, four-storey project that will provide 350 total units, with ten diverse floor plans ranging from 649ft2 to 1,420ft2 and one, two, or three bedrooms.
It will provide various amenities such as a fitness centre, pool, conference room and offices for rent, dog park, fire pits, grill stations, and pergolas for relaxing and socialising.
The Livano Grand National is near Universal, Disney, the Orlando airport, and downtown Orlando.
