
KB Home has opened its new single-family home community, Emerald Hollow, in Pierce County, Washington, US.
Located on 168th Street East near the city of Puyallup, the new community homes are designed with spacious kitchens overlooking large rooms, bedroom suites with walk-in closets, as well as storage space.
Emerald Hollow includes one- and two-storey floor plans that feature up to six- bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, ranging from about 1,600 to 2,900ft2 size.
It is located in close proximity to several parks and outdoor recreation at the Mount Rainier National Park, Puyallup River, Puget Sound and Northwest Trek Wildlife Park.
