Hines, a US-based real estate company, and DNR Group, an India-based construction company, has launched DNR Nagavara, their second office development project together in the Indian city of Bengaluru.

The office project will be constructed on an 11.3-acre land parcel, which is situated near Manyata Tech Park and Karle Town Centre in north Bengaluru.

DNR is the project owner, while Hines is serving as the development manager in this project.

The project is currently in progress on a four-acre land parcel owned by DNR Group in Yeshwantpur in Bengaluru.
