
UK-headquartered construction firm Higgins Partnerships has been appointed to The Hyde Group’s latest homes Main Contractor Framework.
The framework divides work into seven lots, organised by project value and region, covering a wide range of main contractor services.

It includes projects valued under/above £20m ($26.7m) in London, the South, and East regions. It also covers projects with a value greater than £50m in any region.
The appointment will see Higgins Partnerships deliver four lots across London, the South, and East of England, including Kent, Medway, Thames Gateway and East Sussex, Brighton, West Sussex and Hampshire under lots 2, 4 and 6, and all-regions under lot 7.
The framework aims to deliver 1,500 sustainable and safe new homes across a five-year period.
Besides Hyde’s own developments, the arrangement will allow other public sector entities to use the framework for procuring main contractor services throughout the UK.

The Hyde Group, which owns and manages approximately 120,000 homes, serves neighbourhoods across the country.
The organisation provides housing and community services for around 350,000 homes, including support for the Armed Forces community and collaboration with sectors such as education, healthcare, and local government.
Hyde has operated for nearly six decades, focusing on offering affordable housing and supporting community needs.
The group collaborates with partner organisations that prioritise customer service and community support, in line with Hyde’s founding social mission.
Higgins Partnerships and housing association A2Dominion have completed Hanwell Square, a mixed-use development located in West London, UK in February 2025.
