Robertson Construction has appointed engineering and services firm HE Simm to deliver the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) installation at Holland Park, Glasgow.

This work will be done for the end client, Moda Living.

Along with installation and commissioning, HE will deliver on a complete design and build basis through Stage 5 design.

The work will be carried out in all the 433 apartments spread in the six to 19 storeys across four blocks.

Works will also be carried out on the communal and external space that includes the roof terrace.

Due to offsite manufacturing, the whole installation process is expected to speed up, thereby bringing efficiencies with regard to health and safety and reducing waste, emissions and cost.
