This master plan of the Vancouver waterfront is intended for 32-acre land in total, which will include seven acres of parks, more than 900 residential units, 75,000ft2 of office space, 45,000ft2 of retail, and hotel offerings.

The senior living facility will offer a range of care options for its residents, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

The Springs Living founder and CEO Fee Stubblefield said, “The Springs at The Waterfront will reflect the culmination of our 26 years of experience in creating environments that help people thrive. Bringing on PMB was a natural fit considering our shared passion for providing the healthiest environment possible.”

The Vancouver Waterfront is situated eight miles north of Portland.

This project will offer a mix of units and floorplans, high-end settings, and underground parking.

The opening of the community is expected in the first half of 2024.

Portland-based GBD Architects created the community design, while the contractor is Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company based in Portland, Oregon.
