Greystar stated that the new development will be situated beside WP’s planned office tower and adjacent to Dilworth Artisan Station, which is a three-story re-use property.

White Point principal Justin Trowbridge said: “Ascent South End will bring highly sought after residential and retail space to South End, nicely complement our adjacent office tower development and Dilworth Artisan Station and will solidify this block as the premier live-work-play destination in Charlotte’s hottest area.”

Furthermore, Greystar is working on many other developments in Charlotte, including Prosperity Village, Indian Trail, Lower South End, Album Huntersville along with a two-phase project in University City.
