
Geekvape has announced plans to invest several billions to construct an intelligent manufacturing industrial park in Greater Bay Area, China.
The company stated that the new investment is part of its long-term growth strategy and aims to aims to accelerate its transition to intelligent manufacturing with continuous investment in technological innovations.
The construction of the new facility in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) will help to increase the production capacity to serve customer needs.
The e-cigarette brand is also planning to continue concentrating on intelligent manufacturing and basic R&D with its new investment in the industrial park. It also aims to manufacture a $1.54bn (CNY10bn) e-cigarette industry ecosystem.
It will use a mix of connected intelligent manufacturing platform, internet of things (IoT) technology and big data in the new advanced industrial park.
This will help to improve product quality and services backed by completely intelligent management of product design, product packaging, production, R&D, sales and after-sales businesses.
