Empire Communities, a privately-held homebuilder in Canada, broke ground on its latest condo development, Quay House.

Following completion, the 21-storey building opposite Lake Ontario will have 463 units.

Situated on Queens Quay East, the building will be just steps away from Toronto’s waterfront and some of the city’s best venues and attractions including George Brown College, Sugar Beach, the Distillery District, Scotiabank Arena and St. Lawrence Market.

This area is also home to the upcoming Waterfront Innovation Centre.

The suites ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units have been currently sold out.

Residents will gain access to an array of curated amenities including a fitness and yoga studio, co-working lounge, and party room.
