Luxury real-estate developer DarGlobal has appointed Edrafor Emirates to carry out enabling and foundational works for the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai.

The project is located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance of downtown Dubai.

Edrafor Emirates will focus on foundational and ground engineering tasks, including deep site preparation and logistical mobilisation for full-scale construction.

Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai, which was announced in April, is planned as an 80-storey building reaching 350m in height.

The design includes hospitality facilities, residential units, and a members-only club called The Trump.

Planned features include an outdoor pool at a high level, penthouses drawing inspiration from New York’s Trump Tower, and views over the Burj Khalifa.

DarGlobal has indicated that project milestones will be announced as work progresses.

With Edrafor Emirates now mobilised on-site, the project moves into its next phase of construction.

The development forms part of DarGlobal’s portfolio aimed at attracting international residents and investors to Dubai.
