This development is located on a 2.6 million m² site in Wadi Safar, near Riyadh, and is part of the Diriyah Company’s exclusive master plan.

The project will consist of a championship golf course, a luxury Trump hotel, and upscale residences. These facilities are intended to integrate hospitality and architecture while recognising the cultural and natural heritage of Saudi Arabia.
This marks The Trump Organization’s inaugural venture into the Diriyah project, expanding its footprint in Saudi Arabia following successful collaborations with Dar Al Arkan and Dar Global on other regional developments.

It is envisioned as a luxury enclave that aligns with the larger Diriyah master plan, a crucial element of Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia’s initiative to diversify its economy and boost its international standing.

In September last year, Dar Global purchased a 28,800m² site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for a mixed-use development project.
