Cypress Residential Development has announced plans to construct a new luxury apartment complex in Glendale, Wisconsin, the US.
Together with North American Development Group, the company acquired a four acres land in Bayshore Town Center in Glendale for the new development.
The new 400,000ft2 development will include construction of four buildings and will feature wifi-enabled conference rooms, tenant storage and a modern fitness centre.
Lounges equipped with kitchens and TVs; workspaces; and mail room with package service will also be included.
Cypress CEO Chris Maguire said: “It’s much more than a shopping destination–it’s a true mixed-use village. With the addition of high-end residential, Bayshore will reach its full potential as a multi-dimensional community and will appeal to a range of residents from Milwaukee’s North Shore and beyond.”
The company stated that one of the four buildings will have a dramatic indoor/outdoor lounge on the top floor.

By GlobalDataEngineering and consulting firm Graef has provided the landscape design and civil engineering services for the project.
Stevens Construction is appointed as the general contractor while Engberg Anderson Architects will be the architect and interior designer for the new luxury apartment complex.
Construction work on the apartments is scheduled commence immediately and are expected to be completed in 2023 summer.
